Fresh Tomato Salsa

Ingredients​ - Makes 4-6 servings

4 tomato on a vine (seeds and juice removed)

1/4 onion

2 tbs cilantro

1/2 lime (juiced)

dash of salt.

Equipment

A really sharp knife

Instructions

1. Mince the onions and cilantro (see notes for techniques).

2. Dice the tomatoes into 1/2 cm squares.

3. Add everything in a bowl and mix.

4. Add salt to taste.

Notes​ - How to mince items finely.

To create a good mince, you need to hold your non-dominant hand on the front of the knife and then use the handle hand to rock back and forth on the board.
